PROCESS
From the initial consultation through completion, our team works closely with homeowners throughout each phase of the project to help keep the experience clear, organized, and collaborative.
step one: Initial Consultation
We begin with an on-site consultation to understand your goals, evaluate the property, review site conditions, and discuss potential design concepts. Following the consultation, we prepare a preliminary project proposal and budget based on the information gathered. This helps establish project scope, align expectations, and confirm investment goals before advancing into the design and planning phase.
step two: design and planning
Once we move forward, we begin developing the overall pool design and layout. This phase may include 3D renderings, preliminary construction drawings, material discussions, and refinements to align the project with your property and how you plan to use the space.
Our team works closely with you to create a design that balances aesthetics, function, and long-term usability.
step three: Engineering & Permitting
Custom pool projects often require engineering, surveys, geotechnical review, and jurisdiction-specific permitting depending on the property and project scope. Amcon Pool and Spa coordinates and facilitates this process with trusted third-party professionals as needed.
We help guide the process, coordinate required documentation, and communicate next steps to help keep the project moving forward.
step four: construction
Construction is completed in carefully managed phases, which may include excavation, forming, steel, shotcrete, plumbing, equipment installation, coping, tile, and interior finishes.
Throughout construction, our team coordinates each stage with a focus on craftsmanship, quality control, communication, and attention to detail. From the first day of excavation through final completion, we work to ensure the project is built to the highest standards while keeping you informed throughout the process.
step five: Completion & Pool Orientation
As the project nears completion, we finalize equipment setup, perform system startup, and review pool operation with you. Our team will walk you through the equipment, controls, automation features, and general pool care so you feel comfortable and confident using your new pool.
Before we consider the project complete, we focus on the finishing details and confirm that all systems are operating properly. Our goal is to deliver a finished pool that is polished, functional, and ready to enjoy for years to come.
step six: Service & Long-Term Support
