Our process

A clear, organized design-build process to help keep your project moving from the first conversation through completion.

Initial Consultation

Every project begins with an onsite conversation. We walk the property with you, listen to what you’re hoping to create, and talk through what may be possible based on the layout, elevation, and surroundings.

Design and planning

Once the direction is established, we begin shaping the design around your property, priorities, and how you plan to use the space. This may include 3D design development, material selections, and coordination with designers, engineers, and other professionals as needed.

Engineering & Permitting

Pool construction in Washington often requires engineering and jurisdiction-specific permitting. We help coordinate the process, communicate next steps, and work with the appropriate professionals to keep things moving forward.

Construction

As your general contractor, we oversee every phase of your project—from pre-construction planning through final completion—maintaining exceptional quality, communication, and attention to detail every step of the way.

Completion and Orientation
