Labourer
Hands-on crew members who assist with excavation, rebar, shotcrete, clean-up and material handling on every pool build. Must be able to lift 50 lbs, follow safety guidelines, and work outdoors in all weather.
Superintendent
Site leader who oversees day-to-day construction, coordinates trades, enforces schedules, and ensures each pool is built to plan, code, and quality standards. Requires 5+ years’ field experience and strong communication skills.
Pool Maintenance Technician
What You’ll Be Doing:- Servicing residential and commercial swimming pools
- Testing and balancing pool water chemistry
- Cleaning baskets, skimmers, filters, and pool surfaces
- Inspecting equipment (pumps, heaters, salt systems, etc.)
- Communicating with clients in a friendly, professional manner
What We’re Looking For:- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Good attitude and work ethic
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in the elements
- Willing to learn — we’ll train the right person
- Bonus if you have any experience with pools, plumbing, or maintenance
